“Calypso Garden Residences” is located on the south of Phuket, in the Rawai area, within a 10-minute walking distance to Rawai Beach. There are many cafes, restaurants, shops, spas, and a seafood market nearby. Also, there is one of the most beautiful beaches on the island, Nai Harn. The cozy Yanui Beach is within a 5-minute drive from the condo. “Calypso Garden ” common area offers facilities for both children and adults. The little ones will enjoy a kid’s playground and a kid’s swimming pool on the ground floor, and the adults will enjoy an infinity swimming pool with a panoramic sea view on the rooftop, as well as a cozy lounge area. If guests like to keep fit, we have a well-equipped gym with free access too.

The main peculiarity of Rawai is a great number of restaurants with the most delicious and fresh seafood at reasonable prices. You can order food and drinks in a restaurant and have a picnic on the beach. The largest Seafood Market is situated in Rawai. Another feature of the beach is its fantastic views of small and big islands. Bon, He, Lon, Kaeo and Racha Yai are situated to the south of Phuket. By the way, you can travel to them by riding on one of the long-tail boats that you can rent.
Yanui Beach, 5 minutes by shuttle Calypso
A small beach called Yanui in the south of Phuket is located between Cape Promtep and Windmill ViewPoint. Yanui Beach, which is surrounded by rocks, is very cozy and picturesque. It is an ideal place for snorkeling. There is a small island called Koh Man not far from the shore where you can easily swim. The sea on the beach is calm, the entrance to water is comfortable and the sand slowly changes to a stony surface. There are no sunbeds and umbrellas to rent but you can have a massage right on the beach. There are also certainly restaurants, cafes and bars.
Nai Harn Beach, 5 minutes by shuttle Calypso
This beach is a real pearl of Phuket loved by the Thai people. It is located on a small bay with clear water and fine sand, surrounded by palm groves. Nai Harn is not as crowded as the other popular beaches in Phuket, and is ideal for holidays with small children. The entrance to the sea is long and gentle. Periodically on the left side of the shore there is a shallow rivulet flowing into the sea directly from the lake behind the beach, and the kids love to splash in it. Nai Harn’s infrastructure includes: shops with beachwear, accessories and inflatables, cafes and restaurants. There are also toilets and showers. You can rent sunbeds and an umbrella.

“Calypso Garden” has 1- and 2-bedroom apartments of 45.1 and 76 square meters. Each apartment has balconies where you can enjoy beautiful sunrises and sunsets. Sofas in the living rooms of many apartments are laid out and provide an extra bed. The kitchens are equipped with all necessary appliances, dishes and accessories. Each apartment has TVs and air conditioning.
We check the working condition of the equipment before each arrival so that our guests always have everything working properly.
The price includes cleaning, change of towels and bed linen 1 time per week.
This is one of the most often visited sights of Phuket which provides a tremendous view of Nai Harn beach. This large territory has a great choice of souvenirs, snacks and cosmetics.
Not far from Cape Promtep, there are several tall, thin white windmills facing the sea that resemble airplane propellers. From here you can enjoy views of Phuket’s west coast: Yanui Beach in the south, Promtep, further south, Nai Harn Beach in the north and Koh Man Island. The site is small and there are arbors with benches nearby. You can buy snacks and drinks from random sellers. It is calmer here than at Cape Promtep.
The main sight of the island is a 45-meter colossus built on a hill. It’s not just a statue but a whole temple complex.
A Buddha monastery (another name – Samnak Song Nai Harn), a spiritual center for dwellers of the nearest villages. Now the monastery is under reconstruction.
A pleasant and quiet picturesque place for walking and sports. You can run, do yoga or go biking.

* Calypso Condo does not support the exploitation of animals by humans for entertainment purposes.The dolphin show lasts 1 hour, runs every day except Monday. Start times: 11.00, 14.00, 17.00. The Dolphinarium was opened in 2015. The hall is 900 seats and divided into 3 categories: 1-2 rows, 3-5 rows and 6-7 rows.In addition to dolphins jumping and dancing in the water, fur seals participate in the show – they perform funny tricks, walk in rows and distribute friendly kisses to the cheek. After the show, you can take pictures with sea animals for 400 baht and touch them. And for a surcharge, you can swim with the dolphins.
Working hours: every day from 08.30 to 16.00. On Saturday and Sunday from 11.00 to 11.30 the organisers will deliver a show of feeding sharks and devilfish.
In Phuket Aquarium you can see the diversity of fishes within the Andaman sea: eels, crabs, sharks, devilfish, razorfish, cuttlefish, octopuses, stone fish and an incredible number of fish, from small and transparent to huge and dangerous.
The main sight is a transparent tunnel in the middle of the Aquarium. Walking through the tunnel, you will see rays of light streaming through the water column, schools of sea bass, wrasses and sharks, slowly swimming just a few centimeters from you.

Sunbathe and swim without leaving the condo! There is a large swimming pool for adults, a bar, a terrace with sun beds, a cozy lounge area on the rooftop where you can relax and enjoy the gorgeous Sea view. The pool is open from 6:30 AM to 10:00 PM.

There is a swimming pool for both adults and children on the ground floor that includes a kid’s swimming pool. The children will enjoy a kid’s play area which is just behind the sun beds.

1. Choose a suitable apartment and fill out the reservation form. Please write down the exact number of living adults and children, as well as the age of the children, if they are with you! In the field “Your message” you can select the bonus – free transfer from the airport / flowers and fruit in the apartment upon arrival / subscription to the spa for two / bonus card with 15% discount to the best restaurants in Nai Harn and Rawai. The bonus is provided if you book an apartment with us a two or more times.
2. The client manager of Calypso Condo will contact you to confirm the application and clarify the details.
3. Please pay attention while booking: check in time is 12.00, check out time is 14.00.
4. Please provide a scan or photo of the page with the basic data (name, date of birth, series, number) of your passport (valid).
5. The client manager will send you a bill for payment – 50% of the total cost of living. You can transfer the payment to a bank account or, if you are in Phuket, pay in cash. The remaining 50% must be paid at check-in.
6. When checking in, it is necessary to pay an insurance refundable deposit: 300 dollars – for the one-bedroom apartment or 500 dollars for the two-bedroom apartment.
Cancellation
In case of Guest’s cancellation of confirmed reservation, the cancellation charge will be required at the following rates:
- Prior to 60 days before date of arrival cancellation charge of the amount of 20% of total booking will be charged.
- 60 days to 30 days of prior to date of arrival cancellation charge of the amount of 40% of total booking will be charged.
- Within 30 days before date of arrival cancellation charge of the full booking amount will be charged.
The applicable fee will be charged from payed amount and remaining amount will be returned to the Guest.
Please, pay your attention that followed conditions are not extended in the period from December 1 to February 29. This period only change of the existing reservations on new accessible for booking dates during the year will be available.

Обработка персональных данных осуществляется с согласия субъекта персональных данных на обработку его персональных данных;5. Сведения о реализуемых требованиях к защите персональных данных.5.1. Оператор проводит следующие мероприятия: – определяет угрозы безопасности персональных данных при их обработке, формирует на их основе модели угроз; осуществляет разработку на основе модели угроз системы защиты персональных данных, обеспечивающей нейтрализацию предполагаемых угроз с использованием методов и способов защиты персональных данных, предусмотренных для соответствующего класса информационных систем; – формирует план проведения проверок готовности новых средств защиты информации к использованию с составлением заключений о возможности их эксплуатации; – осуществляет установку и ввод в эксплуатацию средств защиты информации в соответствии с эксплуатационной и технической документацией; – проводит обучение лиц, использующих средства защиты информации, применяемые в информационных системах, правилам работы с ними; – осуществляет учет применяемых средств защиты информации, эксплуатационной и технической документации к ним, носителей персональных данных; – осуществляет учет лиц, допущенных к работе с персональными данными в информационной системе; осуществляет контроль за соблюдением условий использования средств защиты информации, предусмотренных эксплуатационной и технической документацией; – вправе инициировать разбирательство и составление заключений по фактам несоблюдения условий хранения носителей персональных данных, использования средств защиты информации, которые могут привести к нарушению конфиденциальности персональных данных или другим нарушениям, приводящим к снижению уровня защищенности персональных данных, разработку и принятие мер по предотвращению возможных опасных последствий подобных нарушений; – имеет описания системы защиты персональных данных.5.2. Права и обязанности Оператора.6.1. Phuket Sky Building Ltd. как Оператор персональных данных вправе:– отстаивать свои интересы в суде;– предоставлять персональные данные субъектов третьим лицам, если это предусмотрено действующим законодательством (налоговые, правоохранительные органы и др.);– отказывать в предоставлении персональных данных в случаях предусмотренных законодательством;– использовать персональные данные субъекта без его согласия, в случаях предусмотренных законодательством.7. Права и обязанности субъекта персональных данных.7.1.
